Brock has been by far one of the most impactful leaders and mentors that I have ever had the privilege to work with. When he took the reins of learning and development, it was clearly transformational for the entire company, from the executives down to the front line sale professionals. I considered myself to be a good trainer before working with Brock. I didn't know what I didn't know to say the least. I had the great fortune of Leadership Training with Brock in 2022, and it changed my life more than I imagined possible. Brock has an amazing approach to coaching and training. Previously my impression of different sales seminars were that they were boring and uninspiring, but Brock has a way of motivating and filling the room with his contagious energy like no other. I had the honor of completing the Leadership and Development course that Brock spearheads. Brock has a way of assisting you in your self discovery like no other. From our initial meetings, through the completion of the Leadership Program, and even ongoing, Brock was and has been able to create an environment of self discovery and motivation. I have never poured so much of myself into something prior to Brock’s tutelage. He just innately has this superhero talent of assisting people and really helping us shine. Any time I ever needed advice, had a question, wanted to debate a topic, Brock was right there. I don’t want to go on and list them all, because I only have a couple thousand characters left and frankly, that’s not enough for me to say all I have to say. Brock, among all things, has a no-nonsense attitude, yet, he’s so warm and so caring. It’s very clear that he is emotionally invested in everything he does. He is such a passionate individual. For anyone reading this, if you are ever looking for a person to learn a thing or two about a thing or two, look no further. Brock is that person.
 

Brock is undoubtedly one of the most influential individuals I have ever met. His understanding of human behavior and ability to convey true principles is uncanny. Not only is his delivery of content fluid and entertaining, but the CONTENT is such that it will definitely impact those he coaches for the better.

I just took 20 mins to re-watch his time management video as a reminder of the concepts I picked up from Brock. Couldn't have come at a better time. He has helped me understand my strengths and weaknesses and how to organize my life to put first things first (family and LIFE) while still excelling at business, and finding the time to get all the important things done. I was lucky enough to go through Leadership Development. Going into this program, I had no idea how Brock's mentorship would help mold me into a much more complete person both personally and professionally.

When he trains you, he throws himself into the fire with you - forcing you to look at yourself in ways that may have been uncomfortable in the past, but he also does it with a sense of humility. Good things don't come easy, and with Brock's help, I was able to look at myself in the mirror in ways I hadn't before.

Through the Leadership program, myself and about 10 others met twice a week for 1 hour for an in-class session, and then had homework, assignments, etc. His infectious positive energy and with a new sense of self-belief, I was able to increase my sales production significantly even with this time commitment.

When the program ended, our relationship didn't end. I am thankful to have Brock in my life now as a friend and a constant.

Brock trained and mentored me in a way that impacted my relationships with others. The methods and processes he brought forward were simple, easy to implement, and very effective.

The training course itself was delivered in a way that my overall work schedule was not heavily impacted. We met for 45min once a week for several weeks. This provided us time to do the homework and move tasks so that we could allow for 45min each week.

I enjoyed the way he engaged everyone in the class. In the days of COVID-19 we had to do a virtual class which could easily create an environment for detachment. Brock would have none of that - he lovingly pushed us to respond and called us out when it was obvious concentration was not on the class. It's only 45min a week - that could have been difficult and painful - he made it fun!

Since the class, we have had some insightful conversations - so impactful that I see him as my mentor. Brock trained and mentored me in a way that impacted my relationships with others. The methods and processes he brought forward were simple, easy to implement, and very effective.
